Project Cargo Network (PCN) welcomed over 135 senior executives from 50 countries to Xi’an, China on October 18-20, for its 2026 annual summit.
Combining business meetings and cultural experiences, the summit began with a group tour of the Terracotta Army, a key Chinese historical treasure. Having stood before thousands of life-sized warriors, attendees then gathered for the official welcome dinner, with food and live music facilitating both catch-ups with fellow members and introductions to new ones.
The following two days were dedicated to bringing PCN members together to build on relationships and develop new business opportunities. There were both dedicated one-to-one meeting slots and member project case studies across both days.
After the first day of networking, attendees were treated to an Auspicious Lotus Feast immersive dining experience inspired by China’s Tang Dynasty. This involved radiant costumes, traditional music, riveting performance and a wide selection of Chinese dishes. Protranser’s Leo Liu even organised a party bus and private bar for delegates who sought to continue enjoying the evening.
