DUBROVNIK, Croatia — Croatia seeks to strengthen its role as the maritime gateway linking China and other parts of Asia with Central and Eastern Europe, with plans to build terminal facilities to drastically expand handling capacity, Deputy Prime Minister Oleg Butkovic told Nikkei.
