Santos Brasil opens applications for Trainee Program with salary of R$ 14 thousand

Santos Brasil, a reference company in integrated logistics, is accepting applications for the 2026 Trainee Program, aimed at professionals who wish to work in strategic and leadership positions. The expected salary is R$14,000, in addition to various benefits.

The training process is expected to start in July 2026 and last 18 months. Registration is open until May 20th and can be done via from this link. Os requirements for participation are:

• Degree completed between 3 and 5 years in Engineering courses (mechanical, electrical, civil, production, railway, port, naval or industrial instrumentation), Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Foreign Trade or related areas.
• Fluency in the English language.
• Availability to work in person, travel and move (national and international) during the trainee period and after the end of the program.

Furthermore, candidates need to be curious, questioning and have a spirit of leadership, autonomy, protagonism and alignment with the values ​​of Santos Brasil.

In the first stage, those selected will work at Tecon Santos, a container terminal operated by the Company at the Port of Santos, but there is the possibility of working at other company units in the region, in other cities and even in other countries.

During the program, those approved will work in different areas of the company, including Operational Planning, Operational Execution, FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis), O&D (Budget and Performance), Pricing and Technical Management, providing a broad and integrated view of operations.
