TOKYO — With the U.S. government’s aggressive tariffs and the rise of protectionism shaking the global trading system, Thailand is again considering joining the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) while simultaneously seeking to conclude a trade agreement with the European Union.
