BuildSpace has launched Sahakar Logistics Park, a 42-acre Grade-A+ warehousing project in Bhiwandi, Mumbai, with an investment of Rs. 265 crore, as per a press release. The project will offer 1.3 million sqft of leasable space and is likely to become operational by March 2027. BuildSpace holds the exclusive EPC, development management, marketing, and leasing mandate. Bhiwandi’s location offers several logistical advantages, including direct highway frontage and heavy-vehicle access to the Samruddhi Mahamarg and the Pune, Nashik and Agra corridors, facilitating cargo movement across regional and national markets. The site offers access to key maritime and air-cargo infrastructure, with JNPA 85 km away, and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport and NMIA linking it to the region’s air-cargo network.
